Neame & Co. Rural Consultancy was established in 2026 by Director James Neame, who has extensive experience working within the rural sector. Based in Shropshire, and operating primarily across the West Midlands and the border counties, the company provides professional advice and strategic support to farming and rural businesses.

Having worked locally for a number of years, James founded Neame & Co. to create a dedicated consultancy focused on delivering clear, reliable, and tailored guidance to landowners, farmers, and rural enterprises. The business was established to provide a professional platform through which clients can access trusted advice to support both day-to-day management and long-term planning.

At Neame & Co., developing a thorough understanding of each client, their property, and their objectives is fundamental. By taking the time to build strong working relationships and gain detailed knowledge of every business, the company ensures that clients are well placed to benefit fully from the advice provided and to maximise the potential of their rural assets.

 

James is keen to maintain the traditional values of land agency, whilst adopting a modern and forward-thinking approach to delivering advice and support for farming and rural businesses.
